Brandon Flowers is returning to London on 16 November 2015 for a show at O2 Shepherd’s Bush Empire.
The intimate one-off gig comes just months after The Killers’ singer sold out two shows at Brixton Academy in May and marks the end of the tour promoting his second solo album, ‘The Desired Effect’.
Featuring current single ‘Lonely Town’ as well as the hits ‘I Can Change’ and ‘Can’t Deny My Love’, the follow-up to 2010’s chart topping ‘Flamingo’ saw Flowers team up with producer Ariel Rechtshaid, best known for his work with Haim, Vampire Weekend, and Charlie XCX.
The 10-track collection, which topped the UK Album Chart on its release, continues the success he’s had with The Killers. Their fourth consecutive UK #1 album, ‘Battle Born’, was released in 2012, with a show at Wembley Stadium and the greatest hits collection ‘Direct Hits’ following in 2013.
Flowers reunited with his bandmates for a handful of US dates last weekend, suggesting that the group are gearing up for their next album once the singer wraps his solo tour.
