The Treatment have a busy 2016 planned. On 18 March The British hard rock band release their third studio album, ‘Generation Me’, and a month later they embark on a UK tour.
The 14-date trek, featuring special guests The Amorettes, culminates in a show at London’s O2 Academy Islington on 13 May. Tickets go on sale on 25 January.
“We can’t tell you how excited we are to finally unleash ‘Generation Me’ on the rock community,” says the band’s new guitarist Tao Grey. “We feel that this is by far our strongest album, and we are absolutely stoked about playing these songs live on our upcoming UK tour.”
Preceded by the single ‘Let It Begin’, ‘Generation Me’ is The Treatment’s first album to feature Grey and new lead singer Mitchel Emms. They join guitarist Tagore Grey, drummer Dhani Mansworth and bassist Rick ‘Swoggle’ Newman on the follow-up to 2014’s ‘Running With The Dogs’ produced by Laurie Mansworth, mixed by Tony Newton and mastered by Ade Emsley.
Formed in Cambridge in 2008, The Treatment released their debut album, ‘This Might Hurt’ three years later. They’ve played festivals like Sonisphere, Download, and Steelhouse, and toured with Alice Cooper, Steel Panther, Kiss, Motley Crue, Slash, and W.A.S.P.
