Barenaked Ladies rock the Roundhouse

Barenaked Ladies are bringing their boisterous live shows back to the UK later this year.

The band, who are on the verge of releasing the live album ‘BNL Rocks Red Rocks’, play the Roundhouse in London on 9 September 2016.

Tickets are available now.

‘BNL Rocks Red Rocks’, recorded on 10 June 2015 at Colorado’s famous Red Rocks Amphitheatre during the quartet’s Last Summer on Earth Tour, features some of their biggest hits including ‘One Week’, ‘Pinch Me’, and ‘If I Had $1,000,000’.  Ed Robertson, Jim Creeggan, Kevin Hearn, and Tyler Stewart also perform songs from their last two albums, including ‘Duct Tape Heart’ from ‘Silverball’, and join Men At Work’s Colin Hay for a performance of his hit ‘Who Can It Be Now?’

“It’s such a privilege to work with these guys,” says Robertson. “They have my back, and I have theirs. It’s pretty amazing to watch the crowd light up when we play a song we recorded 25 years ago, and then hear them sing along with something brand-new.”

The band, who have been together for almost 30 years, have in that time released 14 studio albums, won eight Juno Awards, sold over 14 million records, and created the theme song of ‘The Big Bang Theory’.

“We appreciate what we do more than ever,” adds Robertson. “We’re not looking for external validation. We’re enjoying working together and we’re doing some of the best shows of our entire career.”

‘BNL Rocks Red Rocks’ is released on 20 May.
