The LaFontaines share ‘Common Problem’ at Boston Music Room

The LaFontaines are back on tour in November.

The Scottish band, featuring singer Kerr Okan, guitarist Iain Findlay, guitarist/keyboard player Darren McCaughey, bassist John Gerard, and drummer Jamie Keenan will be hitting the road in support of their new album ‘Common Problem’.

The follow-up to their 2015 debut LP ‘Class’ is released on 27 October and the group’s tour reaches London’s Boston Music Room on 21 November.

Husky Loops taking ‘EP2’ on the road

Husky Loops, who’ve just released ‘EP2’, are about to tour and tour and tour.

This month the band are supporting Placebo and playing shows with Superfood and Tigerclub; next month is a full headline tour across the UK, including a show at The Lexington on 17 November.

The trio have previously played support slots for the likes of The Kills and Sunflower Bean.

Barenaked Ladies are ‘Fake Nudes’ at Roundhouse

Barenaked Ladies, who release their fifteenth album ‘Fake Nudes’ in November, are bringing their energetic live show back to London’s Roundhouse, performing at the venue on 27 April 2018 as part of a UK tour.

The Canadian band (comprising lead singer and guitarist Ed Robertson, bassist Jim Creeggan, keyboard player and guitarist Kevin Hearn, and drummer Tyler Stewart) have reunited with longstanding producer Gavin Brown for the upcoming LP.

Mr Yolk is performing at Flashback Records on 27 October, two weeks before releasing debut album ‘Self-Portrait’.

The project of Velvet Morning and Rocket Ship TV songwriter Samuel Jones (with band mates Enzo Lauvergne, Charlie Carmichael, Antoine Jauneau, and Rich Chapman), Mr Yolk combines psychedelia with more industrial sounds from influences like Wire and The Fall.

Walter Trout heads Under The Bridge

Blues legend Walter Trout celebrates the release of his new album ‘We’re All In This Together’ with a show at Under The Bridge on 10 and 11 October.
