Black Country Communion, Glenn Hughes reminds a packed Eventim Apollo, began after he and guitarist Joe Bonamassa performed together at Los Angeles’ House of Blues back in 2009.
Enlisting drummer Jason Bonham and keyboard player Derek Sherinian, the quartet released three albums in as many years, until the wheels came off.
“One day I woke up and decided to be an asshole,” Bonamassa admits tonight during the band’s second live show since reforming. But as the quartet storm through a set drawn primarily from their first two self-titled LPs and last year’s seismic ‘BCCIV’, the hatchet seems well and truly buried.

Midnight Oil are returning to London for the first time in two decades.
The legendary Australian rock band are setting out on their most extensive world tour since their classic albums like ‘Diesel & Dust’, ‘Blue Sky Mining’, and ‘Earth & Sun & Moon’ sold over 10 million copies around the globe.
“The Great Circle 2017” tour, which will see the band’s classic line-up trek across the globe for six months, stops off at Hammersmith’s Eventim Apollo on 4 July. Tickets go on sale on 22 February.

Evanescence are returning to London for their first UK shows in five years.

The musician, who releases the album ‘57th and 9th’ next week, is set to play the iconic Hammersmith venue on 9 April 2017.

3 Doors Down are heading to Europe in support of their new album, ‘Us And The Night’.
The 13-date tour, which includes stops in Austria, Switzerland, and Netherlands, starts on 19 October at Berlin’s Columbiahalle, and wraps at London’s Hammersmith Apollo on 6 November 2016.
